Good old FAQs

What not even Claude could answer for you

How do I sign up for a university trip?

Pick the destination, click “Book your spot” and you go straight to our registration platform. Fill in your details and your spot is yours. Each person in the group signs up individually.

What happens if the minimum number of people isn't reached?

The trip is cancelled and we refund whatever you've paid. No small print.

When will I know if the trip is confirmed?

Once the group reaches the minimum number of places, the trip is confirmed and we let you know by email.

What does the price include?

It depends on the destination. Each trip lists exactly what's included (transport, accommodation, activities…) before you pay anything.

Can you organise a trip that isn't on the list?

Yes. Tell us what you have in mind via the form or WhatsApp and we'll put it together for you.

Who organises the trips?

Valua Travel, a travel agency from Mataró that has been organising group trips for over 20 years.

Now all that leadership should pay off: put the group together with us and you win, with money in your pocket or your spot for free.
