What we get asked most

Do I need a big community?
No. Affinity matters, not size: a community with a clear passion and a desire to take part.
Can I travel with my community?
Yes, depending on the role we agree before launch: participant, reference person or companion.
Does my trip cost me anything?
You do not pay anything upfront. Your place is included or deducted from your income at the end of the trip, depending on the model we agree before launch.
What if the minimum number of travellers is not reached?
Nothing happens. We agree decision deadlines with you, so no costs are ever incurred and you and your community are always informed.
How much time does it take?
The minimum: announce the trip on your channels and answer your community's questions during sign-ups. We take care of the rest, beyond two coordination calls.
How and when do I get paid?
It is agreed in writing before launch. You are paid at the end of the trip, against an invoice: you if you are self-employed, or the organisation if you are a club, an association or a brand.
Can it help my community grow?
Yes. An open trip is a way to attract people with the same interests and create new bonds, without you having to organise anything.
