Berlin’s public transport network is probably not the most punctual or the cheapest. Depending on how you use it and how long your stay in the city lasts, you can choose between several types of ticket that are valid for the metro, train, bus and tram.

  • Single ticket: Tickets work once validated, so don’t forget to validate your tickets at metro, tram or bus stations. The price ranges from €2.80 to €3.50 depending on the zones chosen (A, B, C).

  • Daily tourist pass: Unlimited use of public transport from validation for the whole day. The price ranges from €7 to €7.70 depending on the zones chosen.

  • Weekly pass: Unlimited use of public transport valid for 7 consecutive days. The price ranges from €30 to €37.50.
